Description: The Laundry Tech Lead is responsible for the daily coordination of laundry processing and distribution activity. Typical Duties:
Performs clean linen processing according to defines standards.
Supervises clean processing and distribution.
Monitors and ensures compliance with departmental infection control practices according to departmental procedures.
Monitors safety standards and ensures compliance with departmental procedure.
Performs management functions to control resources related to mechanical spare parts, personnel, scheduling, counseling, performance appraisal, productivity monitoring, development and data gathering.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
2 plus years’ experience as a Lead.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience in commercial laundry or related field preferred.
